Photosensitive viewers please skip past into! We made a spur of the moment decision to head over to Silverwood Theme Park for a fun afternoon with the kids. It was an educator appreciation weekend and we got in for almost completely free. We only had to pay for one child ticket. It was cool and rainy: perfect weather for Berkley and less worry for us about heat as a seizure trigger. There was still some worry about the rides/excitement/being off schedule/sugary foods ETC. There is always a chance of a seizure with Dravet Syndrome / Epilepsy but we try our best to still continue to live life to the fullest and provide the kids with fun experiences and memories.
