Mod an old Motospeed Mechanical Keyboard to Dual mode

Exciting project alert! 🚨 We recently took on the challenge of modifying an old classic Motospeed mechanical keyboard with blue switches to make it wireless. 🤯 Our goal was to give it dual connection capabilities - both wired and wireless. 💻🔌📡 First, we desoldered the switches and installed Mill-Max sockets 0305 by drilling the PCB holes a few millimeters with a 1.6mm diameter drill bit. Then, we modified the cable to make it detachable and set about modifying the circuit system. 💡 This part was a bit tricky as we had to find a way to use the keyboard in wired mode without draining the battery, but we came up with a smart solution using a triple switch. 🎛️ After fitting the battery, cables, dual & triple switches, and KTT White Switches with Japanese Samurai PBT Cherry Keycaps, we had to get creative with the compact size of the keyboard. We cut the metal plate on the top right side to fit the triple switch and used three layers of tape and foam on the base of the keyboard. 🛠️💪 The result?
