Luis Elizondo says the new report on UAPs definitely states the observed technology is not of the U.S.’s creation, and says he doesn’t believe its from China or Russia either. “As of this week… discussions at senior level leadership that this report has definitively stated once and for all that it’s not our technology…. So that really only leaves two other options, and again it’s foreign adversarial or it’s something quite different.
