Comica VM30 - Is this the first of a kind? A Wireless Shotgun mic!!

I wasn't expecting this mic to be that great, but actually, over time, it grew on me because of one thing .... it's convenience of use. Whether you use it on camera, boomed or handheld, you can choose to use it wired or wireless. It works over a fairly long distance, but if you turn your back on the camera, the receiver does get blocked. The old Rode wireless did the same. It has to be the frequency that these mics use. Anyway, I think that this is actually a first .... a wireless shotgun mic and could be a really useful addition to the mic bag. I does a decent job in rejecting sounds around but for say, studio type stuff, it might be just a bit noisy at 75dB. I prefer my mics to be nearer to 80 if I'm honest, but outside, for vlogging and videoing all around the place, this would work extremely well and is better than using an omni lavalier with regards to noise rejection. See what you think when you hear it. It's an OK mic that could be very useful.
