Ingredients: Fish 500 gm For masala paste : Shallots 5-6 Garlic Cloves 5-6 Ginger 1 inch piece Green chilli 1 Curry leaves 1 spring Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder half tsp Salt to taste Coconut oil half tbsp Lemon juice 1 tsp Water 1-2 tbsp Grind all the above ingredients and make a fine paste. Marination: Take any fish of your choice and pour the ground masala to the fish gently massage it into the fish until it is evenly coated. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours. For airfrying fish: Preheat the airfryer for 2 mins at 180 degree Celsius. Once its done take out the basket and grease it with little oil,place the marinated fish into the basket . Put it back into the airfryer. Airfry for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. After 10 minutes Take out the basket and brush some oil on the top of the fish and flip it . Put it back into the airfryer and airfry for 10 minutes at 180 degree Celsius. After 10 minutes Take out the basket and serve the fish with your favorite main course.
