##Juba, October 04, 2024 (CESGPU) - H.E. Gen. #Augustino #Jadalla Kamilo Wani, the #governor of Central #Equatoria State on #Friday issued gubernatorial decrees making some mini-reshufle in key revenue generating institutions. Governor Jadalla appointed deputies of Juba City Council leadership and made changes in leadership of the State #revenue Authority and Insurance Regulatory #Authority. Decree No.16/2024 appointed the leadership of Juba #city #Council, Local Government Council, Central Equatoria #State. The appointed members are Cde. Thiik Thiik Mayardit as the Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance and Cde. Juma Moses Michael as the Deputy Mayor for Infrastructure and Environment effective from the date of signature by the Governor - Friday, 04th October, 2024. Decree No.17/2024 relieved Hon. Jackson Abuga Gama from his position as Commissioner General of the State Revenue Authority and Hon. Solomon Pitiya from his position as the Deputy Commissioner General of the State Revenue Authority. Decree No.18/2024 relieved Hon. Latio Ramba Abas from his position as the Commissioner General of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority and Hon. Simon Muzze Noel from his position as the Deputy #Commissioner General of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority. The changes in leadership of the State Revenue Authority and the Insurance Regulatory Authority comes into effect from the date of signature by the Governor - Friday 04th October, 2024. Decree No.19/2024 revoked the appointment of Mr. William Ladu Santo as the Acting Executive Director of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority effective from the date of the signature by the Governor - Friday 04th October, 2024. Decree No.20/2024 appointed the leadership of the State Revenue Authority. The appointed members are Cde. Moses Idoru Nyama as the Commissioner General of the State Revenue Authority and Cde. Peter Dumo Emmanuel Baya as the Deputy Commissioner General of the State Revenue Authority, CES. Decree No.21/2024 appointed the Leadership of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority. The appointed members are Cde. Juma Stephen Lugga as the Commissioner General of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority, Cde. Besta Apia Bullen as the Deputy Commissioner General of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority and Cde. Jacob Pitiya Emilian as the Executive Director of the State Insurance Regulatory Authority, CES. The appointment of the leadership of the State Revenue Authority and the State Insurance Regulatory Authority come into force from the date of the signature by the Governor, Friday 04th, October 2024. In a related development, the Governor issued a Gubernatorial Order No.14/2024 for the establishment of State Engineering Corporation in Central Equatoria State with effect from Friday 04th October, 2024.
