This year’s Diwali was a little different. Both of us were feeling under the weather, but we still wanted to celebrate in our own small way and keep the festive spirit alive 💛 We didn’t meet anyone or go out. It was just the two of us, our little Loki Diwali 🪔 We cleaned the house, bought some groceries, ordered comforting Indian food, got dressed up, called our families back home, and did a simple puja together. Even though we were sick, this quiet celebration felt peaceful, homely, & full of warmth.
