The uncontainable nuclear reaction. Okuu sports low defenses and HP, but her offensive power is unmatched. Her initial spellcards aren't too terrible. Slash Dive may snipe somebody but that's about it for actual danger. After losing one million HP, she'll use Uncontained Nuclear Reaction, which deals damage and buffs her MAG, and add that to her possible moves. After losing another three million HP, she'll use Hell's Tokamak, which damages and debuffs MND, and add that to her moveset. Finally, after losing another three million, she'll use Giga Flare, which ignores MND, and add that to her moveset. This fight is very RNG based. If she decides to spam Uncontained Nuclear Reaction or Giga Flare there is very little hope of survival. But with her eleven million HP, you can beat her very quickly. The general idea is to buff your characters before inflicting one million damage and then rush her down as hard as you can. It's also important to have characters with very high MYS resist to be able to survive Giga Flare and finish her off.
