We've had quite the food adventure with Filipino cuisine, and today we are trying another dish! Pompano Paksiw!! Paksiw is a fish soup, made with a vinegar-based broth. Personally, this doesn't sound like something I would normally order, but Alicia on the other hand is a huge vinegar fan, so it makes sense this one was her choice. I'm going to give it a chance though, lets see how it is. We also decided to try Dinuguan again! We've had Dinuguan before but its been years, and the spot we got it, was not known for very high quality. This time we got all our food from Millet's Cafe!
