To help patients feel as comfortable as possible, we’re fully transparent about the types of anesthesia we offer and why they are safe. With about 95% of procedures, we use MAC anesthesia, which is lighter than general anesthesia and has a much faster recovery. Usually, patients can walk out of the recovery room within an hour.
