How to Make a Trench Crusade Cosplay Helmet using Gold Leaf ! Janissary 3D Printing Galactic Armory

In this video I show how I made my Trench Crusade Janissary cosplay helmet. The helmet was modeled by my friends over at Galactic Armory and 3D printed on my Bambu X1 Carbon. I show step by step what is involved in 3d printing a cosplay helmet like this and what it takes to finish it. There is lots of sanding, prepping, and pattern making. To give this cosplay helmet an authentic look I covered it in actual gold leaf and hand painted it with heavy body liquitex acrylics.
