Exploring Wilmington Station Site, Wilmington Swing Bridge and Sculcoates Station Site in Hull

A return to the Victoria Dock branch in Hull to have a look at Wilmington Station, Wilmington Swing Bridge and Sculcoates Station. The new Wilmington Station opened in 1912, replacing both an earlier Wilmington Station and Sculcoates Station. The station closed in 1964. Wilmington Station building and Sculcoates Goods Shed both survive, as does the impressive Wilmington Swing Bridge. Sculcoates Station was open between 1853 and 1854, and 1865 and 1912.
