Earlier, Hamas released a video of Israeli hostage Rom Braslavski, looking emaciated. Braslavski and David are among 49 Israelis held hostage, of whom 27 are dead, says the Israeli military. Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu expressed “profound shock” over the videos and spoke to the families of both hostages. Videos fuelled renewed calls from Israelis to crack a hostage deal with Hamas.
