Ghodsimar Dham is located about 59 km from Koderma District Headquarters on the banks of the river Sakri. It is a Shiva Temple where devotees gather in large numbers to perform puja, especially during Shrawan and Purnima. The stone idols of the 4 deities on the temple premises are ancient. There is a belief that wishes will be fulfilled if one prays sincerely here. This site is also significant from an archaeo logical point of view.
