We took snowmobiles into one of the most remote parts of Iceland to visit a hidden hot spring in Reykjarfjörður and it was so worth it. The road is closed in winter, but with snowmobiles and a calm day, we made it out there completely alone. It felt like another planet, untouched snow, endless fjords, fox tracks everywhere (seriously, they were following us 👀), and then this steaming pool of warm water in the middle of nowhere. Magical. 🧭 Want to visit this hot spring without a snowmobile? Good news: you can totally drive there in summer, and I 100% recommend adding it to your Iceland road trip.
