Ingredients: 10 ounces of ground pork 10 ounces of raw tales off and deveined shrimp 1 teaspoon of salt 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce 2 teaspoons of sesame 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch One half cup of carrots, grated, finely divided Three green onions, finally chopped Black pepper to taste Wonton dumpling wrappers 3 1/4 inch round or square Chop your shrimp until it’s finally ground up. In a large bowl, place your shrimp, ground pork and salt together and use your hands to mix it up. Add the soy sauce, sesame, oil, pepper, half of the carrots, oyster sauce, and green onions mix well until combined. Use your hand and hold your wonton on top of your hand, taking your thumb or finger from your other hand, pushing it down and to kind of make it a hole. Now with a spoon, add about a tablespoon of the mixture into the wonton bring the sides up and squeeze together at the top to make a dumpling. Put your dumpling on the counter and push it down to make it have a flat bottom. Place your dumplings into a steamer and sprinkle some of the shredded carrots on top for a pop of color and steam them for eight minutes. Take them out of steamer and let them cool a little and enjoy!
