Remember, I said ALMOST. Elsa and Jack are a happy couple. One night they wanted to meet. But it wasn't Jack who showed up, but two dangerous and creepy looking dudes who killed Elsa. Why? This is up to your imagination. Maybe because Jack send them? Maybe Merida send them so she could have Jack for her own. Maybe it's just a unlucky coincidence that they were there. This is up to you. Anyway. Elsa eventually comes back as a ghost because she felt like se didn't finished her life. (no one could see her though) She remembers the good old times she and Jack had, when suddenly he appears in the woods too. Elsa is happy to finally see him. But her happiness disappeared after Merida shows up. Elsa soon notices that Jack is now with Merida. Filled with pain and hatred Elsa lost control and made Jack fall into the water. But she couldn't accept what she did there, because she knew it wasn't right. So she saved him. In this moment she notices that her life is over, while Jack's is not. She knows that she has to let him go. Now that she accepts her fate, she can finally find peace, even though it still hurts. A depressing story again. Owell. The song is just too beautiful.
