This is a complete pellet production line, including a chipper, crusher, dryer, and pellet mill, along with a pellet silo built locally by the customer. The chipper and crusher first convert wood raw materials, such as logs, branches, and other oversized biomass, into wood chips smaller than 10 mm, preparing them for high-quality fuel pellets and ensuring smooth pellet production and stable yields. Chipping and Crushing The first step is to reduce the log size. The logs and branches pass through the chipper and crusher, reducing their particle size to less than 10 mm. This step is crucial, as only fine, uniform raw materials ensure maximum yield and stable operation of the pellet mill. Drying After crushing, the material passes through a dryer. For pelleting, the ideal moisture content is 13-18%. Proper drying not only ensures pellet density and durability, but also increases the efficiency and lifespan of the pellet mill. Pelletizing The conditioned raw materials are then passed through the pellet mill to form biomass wood pellets. This equipment uses high-pressure forming to create dense, high-energy-density pellets suitable for fuel applications in boilers, power plants, and heating systems. Finished Product The resulting biomass pellets are uniform in size, have a high calorific value, and low ash content, making them an environmentally friendly and cost-effective alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
