Databricks is the creator of highly successful open-source data projects such as Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and MLflow. As for generative AI, Databricks has been investing significantly in this area. They have introduced new generative AI tools that allow customers to easily and efficiently develop generative AI applications, including large language models (LLMs), directly within the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform. The demand for generative AI drives disruption across industries, creating urgency for technical teams to build generative AI models and LLMs on top of their own data to differentiate their offerings.
