PROTEIN: 8-10 Jumbo Shrimps Season generously and cook for about 1 minute on each side. Transfer into a bowl and set aside. SAUCE: 2 Medium size oranges, juiced! (Should give you 1/2 a cup) 1 Tablespoon of Honey 1 Tablespoon of Soy sauce (or Tamari) 1 Tablespoon of Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon of corn starch (or Arrowroot) 4 Cloves of minced garlic 1 Tablespoon of minced ginger 2 Scallions -Juice Orange, Transfer everything into a bowl except of scallions and arrowroot. Transfer some of your juice into your starch, dilute everything until a paste is formed, then transfer paste into mixture.
