Jersey Mike's Employees verbally abuse/harass its customer simply for entering the store without a mask and creating a verbal confrontation. First of all, Mandates aren't Law, This is Discrimination. Ignorance is no excuse for any misbehaved treatment to anyone or any customer. Civil Rights Act of 1967, 42 USC 1983, Department of Justice ADA violations information line:18005140301. Organizations and Businesses can be fined up to $75,000 for the first ADA violations due $150,000 for any subsequent violation. HIPAA violation regarding medical disclosures. Finding any contact information to file a complaint to address Corporate and its Store Franchise owner/operator was very difficult, even after requesting a Store Manager during their poor behavior of their staff and managers response and failure to address a customers concern/complaint by the conduct of its employees. Further more, when the store was contacted to reach out to a Store Manager "Cassandra" regarding this complaint to address such harassment, verbal abuse and misconduct by its employees towards their customer or any other customer is highly concerning, they declined and suppressed any information to lodge a complaint request. Its concerning that suppressing any contact information but having to provide your own contact information to be contacted doesn't seem right if you value your identity to lodge a complaint without fear of retaliation in return. Customers who have any formal complaint towards any business should be able to simply have that information available to address such issues with the store manager, franchise and the umbrella of its Corporation. When the store was contacted to speak with a store manager (Cassandra), Cassandra simply didn't want to hear anything regarding the complaint nor address an unbiased video of the event to evaluate and address to her employees of their misconduct and verbal harassment by their customer, but rather sided in their defense stating "So your were that person" without an interest or concern regarding their customers experience. This could have been avoided and handled differently by their approach to address their customers complaint and concern to address. 1) Would you want to continue to do business with such a Business? 2) Wouldn't you want to address your complaint towards such abusive Employees to its Owner/Operator who represent Jersey Mike's as a Brand Name from such an incident? 3) Wouldn't you want those employees actions addressed so other customers have a pleasant experience by addressing such issues, but most importantly, re-train their staff? The City Recorder was contacted to file a request of Public Records of its store locations License application of this location to file a formal complaint to its Franchise Owner/Operator. (Stores Public Information) Jersey Mike's Subs 2515 SE Tualatin Valley HWY. Suite 100 Hillsboro, Oregon. 97123 Message reply from Twitter by Jersey Mike's Corporate requesting a contact number. "Hi - Our Corporate Number is 732-223-4044". My original statement request by Twitter mail. "Where does one get a phone number for complaints? I have a formal complaint regarding one of your franchises and thought I'd give you an opportunity before I upload by video to handle as a corporate matter to your franchisee owner operator. I'll give you 12hrs to reply and address before I make this go viral." This was sent on Friday 10/1/21. I decided to give Jersey Mike's Corporate office the ability address this complaint and time to review and address such a complaint, then decide to post it publicly depending on their cooperation to address my experience, imposed medical advice to be forced To wear a medical device. I wasn't impressed by their "Customer Relations" Person I spoke with to have any true concern nor empathy to address such actions of such employees of a franchise under their umbrella. Stay tuned as this is formally being address to update the outcome of how this will be addressed from its customers complaint to their staff at above store location. Such businesses cannot force you to wear a mask.. they can request/ask you to wear one even though they state it is required upon entry. Yes, they can simply decide not to serve you as a customer. With businesses hurting during this time, refusing to serve customers only hurts these businesses. Businesses are hurting all over and by doing so continue to lose business by "Mandates" most Sheriffs aren't going to enforce as they are elected officials to protect your constitutional Rights.. in this case.. under Article VI ..Oaths of Office! Most agencies aren't going to enforce the mandate and such agencies like the Sheriff's office have made public Statements against such Governor state Mandates. Mandates are Not Law and should be understood by doing your due diligence and Research.
