Canal fishing on the Leeds and Liverpool Canal in Yorkshire. I fish both the waggler float and the feeder, using worms and sweetcorn. I catch a mixed bag of fish, including bream, hybrids, roach and perch. I also have a couple of surprises. I feed chopped worm in part of the swim and brown crumb groundbait with sweetcorn on my other swim. The canal and Rivers Trust offer a Waterways Wanderer Permit, which enables you to fish miles and miles on canals throughout England.
