Up until a week ago, we have been able to get by with our standard flare nut wrenches. While working on a 4" Rough Country lift on a Ford F150, we decided to put on brake extensions rather than stretching the brake lines for the drop brackets. We found out pretty quick that the SAE flare nut wrenches we had were not going to work! With little time available to work on this project and our next day to work a few hour approaching fast, we took to Amazon and looked for a set of Metric flare nut wrenches that would arrive by Monday. The set we ordered was a bit less precise than what we were looking, so we decided to go to Amazon again, pay 2.5 times the amount we did for the original Tekton wrenches to try the GearWrench metric flare nut wrenches.
