This is confusing! It is a JBD BMS but not a JBD BMS as we know it. JBD new energy has nothing to do with the Jiabaida JBD BMS we all know. However, JBD new energy holds the trademark for the name 'JBD', but Jiabaida is using JBD as their product name. Understood?😂 Anyway, today we are having a first look at the 300A BMS from JBD new energy. It comes with a 3A active balancer, a passive balancer (50-100mA) and a 30A current limiter, a communication board to connect to an inverter as well as up to 32 parallel batteries, a 4.3" touch display and the usual temperature and balance wires. We have a look at the documentation and technical details of this BMS. Because I did not know JBD new energy, I did some research and found surprising details... This is indeed confusing!
