In this speed build, I’m decorating a two-unit duplex that will be part of my cozy Newcrest neighbourhood. The lot itself is available on my Patreon unfurnished, but when I say unfurnished I mean move-in ready — the kitchen and bathrooms are already finished, so you can easily move your Sims in and decorate the rest however you like. In this video, I decorate one side of the duplex for my Whalen family, who I’m officially moving into my Forever Save File.
