I drove out to Long Island, New York for the grand opening of a new vintage toy store called Lost Toys — and what was supposed to be a simple first-day visit turned into one of the most unexpected toy hunts I’ve ever filmed. The store was packed wall-to-wall with 80s and 90s nostalgia, collectors were buzzing, and somewhere in the chaos I ended up stumbling onto a rare piece of actual toy history.
