Three Stooges Shemp Episode Goofs

On this video I look at goofs from the Three Stooges Shemp era including issues with visible stuntmen, bloopers, props, and some injuries the Three Stooges got for real. The time period of these comedy shorts was between 1946 and 1955. Curly Howard had became too ill to work with Larry Fine and Moe Howard anymore so Moe enlisted the aid of Shemp his other brother. The Stooges utilized stuffed stunt dummies for many of their falls which can be easily seen sometimes, even though they tended to speed up the film to hide the fact they were being used. Stuntmen were sometimes visible when bald caps and whigs either fell off or were at least visible. There were often bloopers left on the final Three Stooges cut due to the fact they didn't allow for many reshoots, some of which just added to the comedy. Editing and continuity goofs sometimes threatened to make the shorts sense of direction confusing, but sense the Stooges shorts were meant to be so silly it was often unnoticeable unless you were looking for it.
