Anyway, in today's episode, I talk about the importance of cultural humility AND the simultaneous dangers of overcorrection that I have observed as the field of psychology has moved to embrace this important endeavor. Specifically, we inadvertently surrender our role as curious observer, ironically becoming LESS capable of understanding our clients and helping them navigate their challenges.
