The Musers called upon the video skills of Sebastian St. James, who directed, shot, and edited the video, and actor Carissa Noelle, performer and singer. At the end of the video, viewers are reminded that there are resources available to get help with depression (NAMI: National Alliance on Mental Health). Anita Bear Sandwina: I was driving home from work last Fall, I teach ceramics at the high school in Sebastopol, and thinking about the coming winter, the rain, and the cold, and seeing the mist rising off the Laguna. I was noticing all the beauty of the leaves and the Fall colors, but feeling melancholy. It made me remember the light inside, and I realized that was my choice to turn that light on, and that made me feel brighter.
