initial complaint was given in March 2022 ,after that during every incident two more complains were given till Feb 2023. It was duty of the investigating officer to take immediate cognizance which didn't happen . On 19/07/23 my statement was taken . Offence was not registered . A letter was given saying they would look for witness. During my statement, 2 witnesses names were given . 24/7/23 , 27/07/23 & 03/08/23 JtCP L&O Mr Satyanarayan Chaudhari on call asked DCP Zn-VIII Mr Dixit Gedam about what happened in the case & if court directed why Offence was not registered. 03/8/23 , after JtCP L&O Office, I went straight to DCP Zn-VIII office . After an hour wait .He was reluctant and wanted a letter with exhibit for him to inquire. I sat outside in waiting area and wrote the letter . My friend photocopied & same was submitted in dispatch. Similarly on 18/08/23 during a review on various issues with Additional Commissioner of Police Mr Paramjit Singh Dahiya who on call asked DCP Zn-VIII Dixit Gedam. Once again he told WR Mr P.Dahiya that he was looking for witness and also recording witness statements. I brought to the notice of Mr Paramjit Singh Dahiya that 2 witnesses names I had given Investigating Officer during my statement who were not called till date. Of all above, I conclude. "Is DCP not serious on his superiors orders or his superiors too accepted DCP bullying tactics to supress facts ,harass ensuring complainant gives up . Well, the Nirbhaya Squad, the helpline number,the Saturday Women Grievance Day, O Stree Raksha Karna , Women's saftey awareness on social media is farce .
