For those who do not know, the MURPH is done every year on Memorial Day in honor of Michael Murphy who died in operation red wing. The challenge consists of 1mile in the beginning then 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats and finishing it off with 1 more mile. This is also done with a 20lb vest on as well.
