Saunas are common in China/Asia, and I love going to them! This is my favorite sauna. It's right next to the Gong Bei Port (entrance to Macau). $9/USD provides you access to the sauna, showers, and lockers. If you want a 70-minute massage the cost goes up to $25 (sauna + massage). I rarely get massages here because they are very aggressive, I can barely walk the following day :) In China saunas are separated by gender, men are allowed to smoke inside the sauna area, and indoor spitting is common. This sauna is more popular for massages and less popular for the sauna. And there are very few places to relax inside the sauna area--so people do not sit around and smoke. And since there are fewer people there are less people to spit. I usually go to this sauna 4 days a week!
