Ingredients: • 2 cups fresh strawberries (washed, hulled and chopped) • 1/2 cup condensed milk • 2 cups heavy cream (cold) Step-by-Step Process: Step 1: Prepare the Strawberries i. Chop the fresh strawberries into small pieces. ii. Blend them into a smooth purée using a blender iii. Set aside. iv. Finely chopped 3-4 strawberries set it aside. Step 2: Whip the Cream i. In a large bowl, pour the cold heavy cream. ii. Using an electric mixer or a whisk, beat the cream until soft peaks form (it should be fluffy but not too stiff). Step 3: Mix the Ingredients i. Add the condensed milk to the whipped cream and blend once. ii. Pour in the strawberry purée half cup at a time and mix until well combined. Step 4: Freeze the Ice Cream i. Transfer the mixture to a container or a loaf pan. ii. Add finely chopped strawberries in to the mixture and gently mix. iii. Cover with cling wrap. iv. Freeze for 6–8 hours, or until firm. Step 5: Serve & Enjoy! i. Take it out of the freezer and let it sit for a few minutes before scooping. ii. Serve in bowls or cones, and top with your favorite toppings if desired.
