'20 Lies': DA Doesn't Want Menendez Brothers Resentenced For Murdering Parents

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman announced today (Monday, March 10) that his office won't support Erik and Lyle Menendez's request to be resentenced for the murder of their parents. The previous DA, George Gascon, supported resentencing the brothers so that they would be eligible for parole instead of sentenced to life in prison, but Hochman beat Gascon in the election and changed course. Hochman held a press conference today in LA to announce his office is asking the court to withdraw the sentencing recommendation.
