Timelapse: Modular Housing Installation at Pearson-Dogwood

As part of the B.C. government’s province-wide commitment to create 2,000 modular homes for people struggling with homelessness, 78 modular units opened in Vancouver February 2018. Pearson-Dogwood is the first completed project as part of this initiative. Operated by Community Builders, it provides residents with access to 24/7 support services including meal programs, life skills training, and health and wellness services.
