Coeur D’Alene Resort Rating You Should Play/Really Good Course – Located in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho (about 45 minutes from Spokane, WA) widely known for the floating green it is much more than that, I would actually argue it is the fourth best par 3 on the course which has one of the best collection of par 3s in America. Coeur D’Alene was a great addition to my Pacific Northwest Golf Trip, including Gamble Sands and Chambers Bay. The Par 3s are the stand-out holes on the course which boast some very good Par 4s and good/solid par 5s and an abundance of great views throughout. Like all good resort courses, the course is not designed to rough you up but rather be a fun addition to a vacation getaway. Coeur D’Alene offers an exceptionally good combination of beautiful fun golf and reasonably challenging golf holes. Consider this a can’t miss experience and if you are like me, you will enjoy playing the course so much you almost forget about the floating 14th green. While I have not played Circling Raven it is a must add public course addition for a trip to Coeur D’Alene. I am still kicking myself that I did not figure out a way to add, guess I need to go back.
