Featured in this set (a whopping SIX this time): BABY BABY GIMME YOUR LOVE: ESP-7. 0:25 I WAS THE ONE: ESP-7(10). 2:21 SECRET RENDEZ-VOUS: ESP-12. 4:14 BURNIN' THE FLOOR (BLUE FIRE MIX): CSP-10. 6:09 KEEP ON LIFTIN': ESP-7(8). 7:59 RIGHT ON TIME: ESP-7(11). 9:53 First off, all of these runs are completely new and up to the new standards. So even though a couple of these are repeats they are actually new plays. Where Argie and Brenda started to rope me in before I actually played the games, Robbie was a good part of the reason why I stuck it once I got the courage to play it regularly. BABY BABY GIMME YOUR LOVE used to ALWAYS be in the rotation, one because it was slow enough for me to begin a session with at that time, and two, it's a vibe that would've put me in the right mood. It didn't hurt that this was a training song on the home games I'd played. In this instance, this was another matter of playing the chart the way you know it and not forcing extra steps for the sake of an MA. I'd say the results are pretty good given that most people complain about trying to play it accurately because of its low BPM. I WAS THE ONE, I got acquainted with on 5th and especially DDR PC when I finally got a pad for it. I was running kinda cold on the steps with this run, so I know it could've been better at parts, but it is what it is. SECRET RENDE-VOUS was another classic under the DIVAS label with Naoki I used to play pretty regularly even if I wasn't accurate at it at the time for anything. And IMO it's one major crossover is one of the sauciest in the series. This run I think was pretty solid. Started to kinda slip in a couple spots but it wasn't enough to ruin me. BURNIN' THE FLOOR (BLUE FIRE MIX) was a surprisingly good run this time around. Oddly enough, it's MUCH better than the last time I played the original chart, which means I definitely need to go back to that now and fix that. lol. Never really been a difficult chart, but it does throw a couple curveballs at you. KEEP ON LIFTIN' I'm going to be real for a second. I think this could be the MFC chart if I play it like I know it. I've already FECd this one according to ITG standards and assuming I'm on time it doesn't feel radically different like this either. It also doesn't hurt that I think this particular song is one of my all time favorites. RIGHT ON TIME, is VERY new to me. Never played a lot of UltraMIX 3, and I know it's remix did get into arcade DDR later on down the line so I figured now is the time to really dig deep and check this one out. It's definitely the most different sounding of all of them, and the ONLY song of this group where she actually gets credited on. That said, tricky one this is. For a while the 16ths were eating me alive, and then there was the PFC run that got wrecked on the 3rd to last note.
