With Ultimate Joker, all cards are treated as being level 1 with no cost, just like if you win the Joker prize in a Playground mini-game. So, what kind of chaos can ensue with expensive high-level cards being usable right out the gate? Well, how does a first-turn Sealed Guardian sound, for starters? However, achievements are disabled with this Chaos Mutator. Yeah, having everything be free and usable immediately would be just a wee bit broken.
