What's the inspiration for your name? Is there a background story? When I was younger I was a big fan of Arcade Fire: in some contemporary magazine I found the shows of Win Butler aka DJ Windows 98, who was an inspiration for me and for what I wanted to be back then: a few years later I ran into him Lo-Fi house and finding myself surrounded by very creative akas decided to be Win Butler's unrecognized grandson. 2. Where are you from? Where are you located currently? I am originally from Mexico City, shout out to all my g's from Valle Gómez and Romero Rubio. I currently reside in a small town in Puebla. 3. Are you a full time producer or do you have a side job/hustle? I have “self-employment” and have survived with it lately. 4. If you could eat only one food for the rest of your life what would it be? Everyone agrees that I could only eat Mc'tríos for the rest of my life haha. 5. Where do you find inspiration to produce? In the daily experiences that I have day after day, in what I hear when I leave home: in bitterness and in happiness, that's where everything comes from. 6. Tell me your favorite 3 music genres that you listen to on a daily basis. Salsa, reggaeton and rap. 7. What would you say is the best time for you to produce? Day or night? During the day I find more clarity and at night I nuance my sounds. 8. Tell me your favorite 3 artis (from any genre) and 1 of your favorite songs from them. I like cycling: I constantly buy music, and at the same time soccer and politics have become very important to me. 10. What got you into becoming a producer? Why house / lo-fi house? I have had a tendency to music since childhood: my love for “mainstream” electronic music turned into trying to make garage and organic sounds. Lo-Fi became the best medium for low-income musicians with many stories to tell. 11. What advice can you provide to young or upcoming producers who want to be part of the scene? Cultivate enjoyable people to work with in music, invest in their education, archives and equipment: expand your knowledge and don't get bogged down in creating just one kind of music genre, experiment: be adept at selecting record labels and gain a sixth sense that target the right places and labels (there are a lot of abusers everywhere, be careful). 12.
