Leadership Defined: What is positive leadership and how does it impact a team's performance

When you have really effective leaders, there are a number of things that happen.  People grow their own skills, and so they're more productive, more fulfilled, and rewarded on the job. They are intrinsically rewarded because they are given opportunities. So, it's very important to have strong leaders who have good leadership and people skills. The higher you go up in an organization as a leader and manager, the more important these skills become because you're actually working more with people and you're motivating them every day.  We know that effective leaders get more production for a company. Not out of fear, but out of a generative spirit that creates an energy that exponentially moves the organization forward. Ar Primeast, we believe that you can have both profits and happy people.
