Banh Mi Chao is an incredible breakfast, one that you definitely have to try when you are in Ho Chi Ming City. If I am an example to you for this meal however, let me advise you to at least do a bit better than I did when you sit down after making a food selection... :) Pick a table that is MORE than half an Vietnamese baguette's length from harm's way. Banh Mi Chao is the name of the dish, but also the name of this restaurant (see link below for location), and for some of the BEST priced deliciousness out there, go for the full combo of Eggs, 7 Types of Pork, Fresh Bread, and then one more entire Banh Mi sandwich (extra Pate) on its own. Killer combos like this are happening all throughout the day, pretty much all throughout this street food paradise of Ho Chi Minh City. Its a worthwhile destination for other stuff as well, but for me, street food ALONE is reason enough to afford the airfare.
