STATE AKIN TO SLEEP MEDITATION I been trying to make this for a while never really got it right, but the first night using this I found it achieved exactly what I intended it to do and maintain me in a lucid state while dreaming. Interested to hear what others found. Let me know in the comments. This is another track inspired by Robert Monroe and the hemi-sync tracks. I recently watch and interview with Thomas Campbell speaking about Bob and his frequencies, which inspired me to make this track for our exploration. This track will move you into the state akin to sleep and from there you can visualise and enter the lucid dream state. To anyone following along with the videos I post, every frequency on this page is slightly different. I that feel every variable affects the meditation and state entered. For example, a 5 Hz frequency with a low base tone Vs a 5 Hz with a high base tone can produce very different mental states, and everything in between. I also find that revisiting tracks more than once allows you to understand that specific combination of frequencies better, and you may find certain tracks to be more inline with what you are looking for. So explore, and have just have fun. Hopefully you will notice big shifts in your life by meditating with these track. I view the regular use of frequencies as exercise for the brain- it trains your brain to enter, or exit, certain states more rapidly and efficiently. And who knows what is still to be discovered!
