Today on JUST BEN I visited the brand-new Bolt of Lightning memorial at RAF Burtonwood with my DRONE — and captured it like never before in STUNNING 4K 🤩 This incredible 22.5m (≈73ft) monument features a 5m model of a P-38 Lightning aircraft at its peak, standing as a permanent tribute to British and American servicemen and civilians who served at RAF Burtonwood. Designed by Peter Naylor and commissioned by Miller Developments, the memorial has become one of the most striking new landmarks visible from the M62.
