Cactuaroni is found in the Archylte Steppe with rainy weather. They spawn just outside the nomad camp and in the 'Plains of Eternity'. It is a Commando, but is not one of the best in the game, so it isnt really worth using him in your team unless you like him for other reasons. A huge plus for Cactuaroni is he learns the ability 'Auto-Haste' which is EXTREMELY useful for infusion. This is a very good reason to tame him.
