In 2014, ED met with Prof. Philip Schoettle, a noted orthopedic surgeon and stem cell specialist Prof. Schoettle:“It was a very tough case because it wasn’t a bone on bone situation, there was literally no meniscus anymore and huge diffusions in the knee joint…“ Ed underwent a life-changing treatment - using enzyme-derived stem cells harvested from his fat. That lowered the inflammation, took away the pain in a way, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and painkillers never could manage. Prof. Schoettle about the treatment:“The Stem Cells can come in and heal the soft tissues, like the meniscus and the cartilage and if you give it IV, it also heals from inside by the bone“. Within two weeks Ed was walking normally a block and three months after that Ed was able to walk about six miles without pain. ABOUT ED BOSARGE_ Dr. W.
