I’m helping them be happy, and I’m contributing to their life without hurting them.” A Seattle-area plastic surgeon who performs gender-affirming procedures said he’s been threatened after an online campaign accused him of operating on dozens of kids. “I’m helping people live in a better state. Sajan has built a practice and a huge social media following with tens of thousands of followers on Instagram and TikTok, and a website that highlights multiple documentaries about his patients, some of which have gone through transition. But one of his posts in November seems to have sparked headline-making attention.
