The season lasts until the end of October and takes place every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for August 9 (Street Parade). Due to renovations to the Stadthaus complex, the "Flohmi" will be relocated to neighboring streets until the end of the season. The seasonal booths, temporarily reduced to 145, are located on Fraumünsterstrasse / Börsenstrasse / Kapplergasse and on Bahnhofstrasse near the Heimatwerk. The day booths, also reduced in size, can be found in some areas on Kappelergasse / Fraumünsterstrasse and in the Münsterhof (although there will be no day booths available on certain Saturdays at the Münsterhof due to other events). Visitors are advised to travel by public transport, as there will be fewer parking spaces in the area and traffic flow will be restricted. Either way, this year visitors can once again look forward to an interesting selection of rarities, curiosities, antiques, vintage, and secondhand items. Despite the difficult circumstances, traders are looking forward to the coming season and hope for better weather than last year. Bürkliplatz Flea Market has a rich history dating back several decades. It first opened its doors in the early 1970s and quickly gained popularity among locals and tourists alike.
