The National Resistance Movement contestant in the concluded Kawempe North By-election, Faridah Nambi, has blamed the conduct of the security forces for having undermined the exercise. Nambi says it is obvious that she would be the one to suffer from the consequences of the terror that was unleashed on journalists and the infamous personnel carriers otherwise known as Mamba at polling stations.
