Donna Adelson Judge Makes Big Ruling on Evidence in Trial

Donna Adelson appeared in court on Thursday in an effort to stop a storyline from her daughter Wendi Adelson's book from being included in her upcoming trial. The defense argued that the book was not autobiographical and therefore not relevant for any impeachment purposes. However, the judge ruled that the book would be allowed as impeachment testimony. The judge will provide additional consideration in a written ruling.
