Wounded Vets Hit Vegas for 5 Days of Fun Courtesy of USO, American and MGM Grand

LAS VEGAS -- In celebration of Veterans Day, the USO teamed up with MGM Grand Resorts International and American Airlines to whisk more than 80 wounded warriors and their guests from East Coast military hospitals to Las Vegas, where they were treated like high rollers for a weekend full of relaxation, entertainment and sightseeing. Their weekend included banquet dinners, a celebratory concert by entertainer Gary Sinise and the Lt. Dan Band, indoor sky diving, helicopter rides, softball games, cigar socials and concluded with a special Veterans Day performance by comedian Terry Fator.
